Star Artists!

You can be a star here on Purple Paintbrush

Want to be featured as a Star Artist on the Purple Paintbrush blog? Send your submissions directly to me via email at apurplepaintbrush@gmail.com. Please use the subject line, Star Artist. In your message, be sure to include the following:

• Your name or Artist Name that you would prefer
• Work you would like to showcase (no minimum amount, just whatever you want to share). It can be visual, written, video...basically anything that can be shared openly on a blog, so choose your weapon. If sending as an image file, please be sure it is saved as a .jpg, .png or .gif file at 72ppi for viewing on the web. I can help you out with the formatting, just let me know!
• A description of your piece(s). Please include the title, medium, sizing (if necessary), and subject matter. Up to you if you would like to share the meaning or leave it up to interpretation!
• Artist Statement: a description of who you are as an artist. Let me know if you need help with this! :)
• How people can reach you (i.e. website, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

I'm always interested in seeing what others are doing, so feel free to share! I would love to feature you. Who knows, maybe seeing your efforts will inspire someone out there to work towards their own thing? Maybe YOU will be inspired by something you see here?
